Purpose Statement
The System Integration Technician assesses, implements, and maintains manufacturing procedures for intricate assembly processes. As a key technical advocate within the Focus Factory Team, they utilize their skills to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety improvements in Plexus's assembly operations.
Key Job Accountabilities
Develops / executes manufacturing solutions / Provides services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements while establishing an area of technical specialty (in-discipline) and applies process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role.
Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to their role.
Demonstrates an intermediate, discipline-specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus Manufacturing processes / Product Requirements & Specifications / cross discipline or supplier coordination, as it applies to their role.
Successfully executes responsibilities independently in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' Manufacturing Processes and provides support to direct production line operators, as it applies to their role.
Comprehensive Understanding of Equipment / Process control / Safety / Risk Awareness / setup awareness / operation of, as it applies to their role.
Education / Experience Qualifications
Associate's Degree with 2 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
Compensation Range
$43,100.00 - $64,700.00
