Position Overview
We are seeking a sharp, driven, and client-focused Personal Injury Sales Coordinator to manage and convert inbound leads into retained clients. This role is the first impression of the firm and plays a critical role in revenue generation.
This is not a passive intake role—this is a sales‑driven position responsible for guiding potential clients through the decision‑making process with confidence, urgency, and professionalism.
You must be comfortable handling high call volume, building trust quickly, and closing high‑value cases.
Key Responsibilities
Client Intake & Conversion
Handle all incoming calls, web inquiries, and referrals with urgency
Conduct initial case screenings (auto, trucking, rideshare, premises liability, wrongful death, etc.)
Identify viable, high‑value cases and escalates appropriately
Clearly communicate the firm’s value and secure signed retainers
Follow up aggressively on all unconverted leads
Sales Performance
Meet and exceed monthly conversion and retention goals
Track lead sources, conversion rates, and pipeline activity
Maintain consistent follow‑up cadence (calls, texts, emails)
Overcome objections and guide clients to confident decisions
Client Experience
Deliver a high‑touch, professional, and reassuring experience
Educate potential clients on the process without giving legal advice
Ensure all client information is accurately captured and documented
Systems & Coordination
Input and manage all leads in CRM (e.g., CasePeer or similar)
Coordinate with attorneys and case managers for case onboarding
Ensure all required documents are obtained and properly uploaded
Maintain organized and accurate records at all times
Qualifications
Required
2+ years in sales, intake, or customer conversion roles (legal or high‑ticket sales preferred)
Proven ability to close deals and meet performance targets
Strong communication skills (phone, text, email)
Ability to build trust quickly and control conversations
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
Preferred
Personal injury intake experience
Familiarity with CRM systems (CasePeer, Filevine, etc.)
Understanding of personal injury case types and terminology
