Position Responsibilities
Assist clients in selecting flooring, tile, cabinetry, and window covering products
Evaluate customer needs and recommend design ideas and product solutions
Prepare sales quotes and assist with project coordination
Maintain showroom presentation and product knowledge
Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and communication
Qualifications
Design and sales experience preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
Creative thinking and ability to recommend design solutions
Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and multi-task effectively
Adaptability and willingness to accept additional responsibilities as needed
The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, dependable, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
