The Role
As Program Site Supervisor you manage daily site functions, lead a youth program team, recruit for enrollment, track attendance, oversee the budget, and ensure a safe, organized learning environment. You report to the Program Area Manager.

Responsibilities

Professional Development & Leadership (50%)

Align daily practices with mission, vision, and values.

Evaluate team members, document punctuality, performance, professionalism, disciplinary issues, and adherence to policies.

Administer, execute, and document quarterly and annual performance reviews, training and development plans.

Provide ongoing classroom management, discipline, and program facilitation training.

Plan training workshops in collaboration with HR.

Interview and select new team members in partnership with HR.

Communicate role expectations and build an onboarding plan.

Maintain strong communication with other Site Supervisors.

Program Quality & Management (35%)

Oversee program registration, enrollment, and attendance goals.

Implement curriculum effectively for program staff.

Maintain youth and family data in the tracking database.

Prepare and maintain daily site schedule with adequate staff coverage.

Ensure programs and activities are culturally competent and age‑appropriate.

Provide discipline, incident report documentation, and behavioral support per the plan.

Administer evaluation instruments and gather feedback from youth and families.

Set an annual events and activities calendar with the Senior Youth Program Leader.

Recommend and manage the site budget.

ICAN Community Partner Ambassador (15%)

Build and nurture relationships with school staff and parents to support shared initiatives.

Manage and develop working relationships with volunteers.

Serve as an ambassador and role model upholding ICAN’s guidelines and rules.

Perform duties with discipline and accountability.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year direct management experience.

Minimum 3 years experience in program facilitation and implementation.

Staff development experience preferred.

Bilingual preferred (Spanish).

Minimum age of 21 and a valid AZ driver’s license.

Dependable vehicle with proof of current AZ registration and valid insurance.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
