Job Summary
The Electrician Assistant supports other licensed electricians by performing essential tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
Preparing job sites
Assist lead electrician
Gather tools, cutting and bending wire for preparations
Troubleshooting
Operates various machines and equipment, including forklifts, manlifts
Handle physical tasks and electrical work to help crew work efficiently and safely
Assist with installing fixtures, outlets, motors, and components
Requirements and Qualifications
3 – 5 years’ experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to follow directions
Ability to work independently
Open communication
Able to troubleshoot using the correct equipment
Background in electrical; all aspects of electrical work
