Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Howell, MI, for a Fabricator at Camco Fab LLC. Responsibilities include the assembly, welding, and fabrication of steel components using MIG welding techniques. The Fabricator will read blueprints, operate welding and cutting equipment, and maintain quality assurance standards. Additional tasks may include inspecting finished products, maintaining equipment, and adhering to workplace safety protocols.
Qualifications
Proficiency in MIG welding and a working knowledge of various fabrication techniques
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and other schematics
Experience with operating welding equipment and cutting tools
Understanding and adherence to workplace safety standards
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines
Previous experience in steel fabrication or a related field is preferred
Physical ability to handle heavy materials and operate machinery as required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus
