Responsibilities
Lead and execute electronic security system projects, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and integration across local and global environments.
Lead teams on large, complex installation projects with limited supervision.
Document daily toolbox talks, ORMs, and safety audits.
Install and maintain equipment per design packages at both local and global levels.
Program and install head‑end equipment for access control, intrusion detection, and CCTV systems.
Troubleshoot and isolate hardware and systems at local and global levels.
Commission and test on‑site software.
Lead inspections, evaluations, and inventory; perform take‑off drawings, document RFIs, and track project progress.
Assist in design and provide feedback.
Document daily reports and project status.
Communicate project and team issues to management.
Create and manage project schedules, integrating IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems.
Forecast and manage labor hours for projects.
Guide and mentor technicians.
Travel a minimum of 25% of the time.
Qualifications
Clearance/Citizen Type
Applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and may need U.S. citizenship to access classified information; no clearance is required at the time of application.
Key Requirements
Valid driver’s license.
Acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy.
Education
HS diploma or GED with a minimum of 720 classroom hours of military electronics training.
Graduation from an accredited electronics technician program.
Graduation from an electrical apprenticeship program.
Three additional years of electronics installation and/or maintenance experience.
Required Progressive Experience
8+ years of electronics installation and/or maintenance on multiple systems and customer programs.
3+ years focused on electronic security systems.
Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
Time‑management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a plus.
Willingness to travel.
Preferred Qualifications
Vendor certifications in IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems (e.g., CCURE, Lenel, Identiv/Hirsch Velocity, Bosch Radionics, Bosch CCTV, Bosch BVMS, AIphone, Airphone, FFT, DIVAR, Windows).
3+ years focused on electronic security systems.
OSHA 30 certification.
