What You Bring
High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to pass a Ramsey electrical exam
Strong industrial electrical maintenance skills which includes PLC and drives experience
Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and blueprint reading
Comfortable working at heights
Ability to work 12‑hour rotating shifts (days, nights, and two weekends per month)
What You’ll Do
As an Industrial Electrician, you’ll keep our plant running safely and efficiently by performing electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work across a wide range of industrial systems.
Your Impact
Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electronic systems
Diagnose issues with AC/DC motors, PLCs, drives, and high‑voltage systems (≤480V)
Perform routine rounds to identify abnormalities and ensure equipment is operating within spec
Maintain and repair cranes, mobile equipment, PLC networks, pumps, motors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
Lay out, install, and maintain electronically controlled equipment including rolling mill loop controls, programmable sequences, and distribution centers
Balance loads, wire complex circuits, and interpret schematics/blueprints
Use diagnostic tools such as digital voltmeters, oscilloscopes, and multimeters
Document work performed and support maintenance/production teams with technical expertise
