Rosemary Rose is a charming neighborhood café and wine bar in South Carolina, offering a warm, garden‑inspired atmosphere, thoughtful small plates, and a curated selection of wines and cocktails. It’s a cozy all‑day spot designed for slow mornings, relaxed afternoons, and intimate evenings.
Key Responsibilities
Support servers by running food, delivering water, and replenishing table items.
Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly between guests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and back‑of‑house areas.
Assist with polishing glassware, silverware, and plateware.
Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff.
Follow all sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Contribute to opening, closing, and side‑work duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive work style.
Ability to stay organized and efficient during busy service periods.
Positive attitude and team‑first mindset.
Ability to lift, carry, and be on your feet for extended periods.
Weekend and holiday availability preferred.
