Nashville, TN – Bridgestone Tower

Schedule:

Monday–Friday (7:00 AM–11:00 AM or 1:00 PM–5:00 PM)

Hours per Week:

20 hours (Part time)

Typical Day

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages

Scan and upload physical documents into internal systems

Ensure documents are accurately labeled, categorized, and filed

Maintain organized digital and physical records

Assist with outgoing mail, including packaging and shipping coordination

Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and tracking logs

Follow strict confidentiality and document‑handling procedures

Communicate with internal teams regarding document status or discrepancies

Qualifications

Have previous administrative, mailroom, or office support experience (preferred)

Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy

Are comfortable with basic computer tasks (scanning, file management, data entry)

Can handle repetitive tasks with consistency and focus

Have strong organizational and time‑management skills

Work well independently with minimal supervision

Are reliable and dependable

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

Familiarity with HR systems like ServiceNow or Workday

Experience with document management systems

Knowledge of shipping platforms such as FedEx or UPS

Experience in a corporate or high‑volume work environment
