About the Role
Analyst, Customer Fulfillment at Lactalis Heritage Dairy (Londonderry, NH) analyzes service and operational efficiency, provides performance insights, and leads analytics on service, efficiency, and improvement opportunities. The analyst serves as the primary point of contact on performance analytics and liaises between Sales, Customer Supply Chain, and other Supply Chain teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead performance and value analysis related to service, customer, and general efficiency opportunities.
Develop and implement allocation strategies to optimize product distribution based on customer demand and inventory levels.
Manage the full end‑to‑end order‑to‑deliver business cycle for key customers on a limited basis as defined.
Proactively communicate with sales partners and customer buyers regarding service interruptions.
Drive new approaches and communications to enable proactive service outlook.
Offer solutions to all assigned customer accounts based upon One Yogurt policies, customer behaviors, or logistical initiatives.
Collaborate with warehouse and transportation teams to identify and resolve issues as needed.
Analyze and identify opportunities to address trending issues on On Time In Full (OTIF).
Analyze existing order fulfillment processes for continuous improvement.
Provide regular metrics and analysis to support business improvement.
Develop a proactive customer service scorecard.
Serve as point of contact for customer service teams regarding allocation‑related inquiries and issues on a defined basis.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for new analytical reports and activities to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Actively participate in meetings with customer service teams, lead KPI tracking, and share improvements.
Qualifications
Education
Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience (5 years) required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Experience
2 years of order management, buying or inventory management experience required.
Experience in customer‑facing business roles within supply chain or sales environment preferred.
ERP experience, preferably SAP, preferred.
Consumer packaged goods experience preferred.
Certifications and Specific Knowledge
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to large audiences and senior leadership.
Solid understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes.
Proven ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships across departments and within team‑oriented environments.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting and contribute to collective goals.
Adaptability to changing business needs and a dynamic work environment.
Advanced analytical skills with strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and related programming tools.
Proficiency in programming languages including R, Python, and SQL preferred.
Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Spotfire preferred.
