Responsibilities
You will lead comprehensive financial planning engagements including
Advanced retirement modeling
Tax-aware planning
Estate and legacy coordination
Risk management strategy
Balance sheet and cash flow analysis
Collaborate with CPAs and estate attorneys where applicable
We serve clients who expect depth, clarity, and professionalism.
Qualifications
CFP® certification required
5 to 10 years serving affluent or high-net-worth clients
Ability to manage complex planning engagements independently
Strong communication skills and fiduciary mindset
Commitment to professionalism and culture
Compensation
Compensation base salary + quarterly bonus
Base salary $85,000-$125,000 commensurate with experience
Clear long-term growth trajectory and opportunity
