Responsibilities
Leads the cost analysis, and evaluation process to determine the price of products, materials, or services.
Collect and update identified estimate and quote information at notification of every New Job Announcement (NFA). Provide analysis of issues.
Collect and update identified estimate and quote information at notification of every Engineering Change Notice (ECN). Provide analysis of issues.
Validate customer PO matches the customer quote form.
Update actual cost information for comparison to estimate and quote.
Track program capital costs from quote through production and update actual cost information for comparison to estimate and quote.
Communicate/track discrepancies, perform an analysis of program profitability.
Review actual plant costs of new parts at specified intervals (Standard/Actual/Quote).
Collect and update packaging costs (estimate, quote, and actual) to ensure costs are recovered.
Responsible for new program financial support.
This full‑time salary role is a part of our Corporate Program Finance team and reports to the Program Finance Manager.
Required experience
Bachelor’s degree (B.A) from four‑year college or university in Accounting or Finance.
Five (5) years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bill of material experience.
Strong understanding of cost accounting principles.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software – especially Excel.
