Multisite Leasing Consultant for Diverse Communities

Atlantic Pacific Companies, based in the Town of Florida, is hiring a Floating Leasing Consultant to manage leasing operations for community apartments. As a part of this role, you will interact with prospective tenants, coordinate lease agreements, and assist with tenant needs. A high school diploma and related experience in residential services or customer service are required. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of LIHTC or affordable housing guidelines and experience with software such as Yardi or Bluemoon.
