Role Responsibilities
Work onsite at our Burbank location
Effectively communicate with and serve Spanish-speaking clients
Utilize agency-supplied leads to drive new business and expand your client base
Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions
Sell and cross-sell a wide range of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial Insurance
Maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing service and policy reviews
Stay up-to-date on product offerings, compliance requirements, and industry trends
Qualifications & Skills
Are fluent in Spanish and English
Have proven experience in insurance sales or a related field (preferred but not required)
Hold an active insurance license(s) (or are willing to obtain one)
Possess strong communication and organizational skills
Are motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
Can build rapport with clients and deliver an excellent customer experience
