Warehouse Associate / Warehouse Worker
Warehouse Associate roles starting at $20.20 per hour. The pay range is $20.20 to $22.45 per hour.
Warehouse Worker roles starting at $23.20 per hour. The pay range is $23.20 to $25.81 per hour.
Shift Schedule
Sunday, Monday, Saturday – 6:00 am to 6:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 6:00 am
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday – 4:00 pm to 2:00 am
Responsibilities
Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Attend safety trainings to learn how to work safely in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
Ensure accurate processing of merchandise to our stores and guests.
Work safely, quickly and efficiently to handle freight and move inventory throughout the warehouse.
Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
Report to work on time and complete job tasks as assigned accurately and on time.
Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement.
Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.
Job Requirements (Both Roles)
Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35–50 lbs. frequently during a shift.
Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally during a shift.
Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.
Accurately use basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
Accurately read labels, tickets, and other product documentation.
Operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after training.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Must understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies, trainings, and instructions.
Additional Requirements
Warehouse Worker only
Be trained on and operate all powered equipment safely (including Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Sit‑Down & Stand‑Up Forklift) and work at heights up to 40 ft where applicable.
Work at a height of up to 40 ft on a mezzanine (where applicable).
Food Distribution Center Only
Work in various temperature‑controlled environments, including refrigeration and freezer locations, for the majority of the shift.
