seeking a
Senior Litigation Paralegal
to support a busy, high-performing team. This is a polished, high-impact role within a collaborative Boston office.
Location & Schedule
Hybrid: 2–3 days in office, alternating weeks
Paid parking included
Compensation
Pursuant to Massachusetts regulation, the hourly range for this position is
$53.00 – $62.00/hour , based on experience and education. Eligible for performance-based bonuses and a competitive benefits package.
About the Role
The Senior Litigation Paralegal will play a key role in managing case workflows, supporting attorneys, and ensuring deadlines and filings are handled with precision across state and federal matters.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate workflow and support for multiple attorneys
Monitor court deadlines and proactively alert attorneys
Maintain and update litigation matters in Virtual Binder
Prepare and finalize TOCs and TOAs using Best Authority
Coordinate document preparation, filing, and service with courts and agencies
Handle state and federal e-filing (ECF) in compliance with court rules
Manage document storage in NetDocuments
Open and manage New Client Matters in accordance with firm standards
Coordinate transcription, printing, and document assembly
Maintain attorney contacts in Outlook and CRM systems
Track and log daily workflow and assignments
Assist with pre-bill review and revisions as needed
Qualifications
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple attorneys and priorities
Strong time management with a proactive, detail-oriented approach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced experience with Best Authority (TOC/TOA)
Deep knowledge of court rules and ECF filing procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe
Experience with NetDocuments or similar DMS
Familiarity with legal document formatting tools such as Forte
Strong understanding of legal terminology and litigation workflows
Experience
5+ years of litigation paralegal experience required
Prior experience in a law firm environment strongly preferred
