Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with a strong background in personal injury and workers’ compensation to support case progression from intake through resolution.
This is a high-ownership, case-driven role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in building strong cases, and understands how to move files forward efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality.
You will work closely with attorneys and the broader legal team to ensure cases are fully developed, well-documented, and positioned for the best possible outcome.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support a caseload of personal injury and workers’ compensation matters from intake through resolution
Collect, review, and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation
Communicate with clients to guide them through the legal process with professionalism and empathy
Coordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other third parties
Assist in case development, including liability review and damages documentation
Prepare case summaries, documentation, and materials for negotiation or litigation
Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date files within the case management system
Ensure cases move forward without delay by proactively identifying and resolving gaps
What Success Looks Like
Cases progress efficiently with no unnecessary delays
Files are complete, organized, and ready for attorney review or next steps
Clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process
Attorneys are equipped with clean, well-prepared files
Strong contribution to case outcomes and overall firm performance
Who We’re Looking For
2+ years of paralegal experience in personal injury and Worker’s Compensation
Strong understanding of case flow, documentation, and client management
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
Strong communication skills with a client-first mindset
Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem solving
High level of accountability and ownership
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 (based on experience)
