Senior CRE Paralegal: Closings & Due Diligence

Gunster Law Firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for its West Palm Beach office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience in commercial real estate closings and title. Key responsibilities include coordinating due diligence, reviewing titles and surveys, drafting and reviewing purchase, sale, and loan documents, as well as reviewing zoning reports and service contracts. Law firm experience is preferred.
