Full‑time position that requires flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
Pay; APCA I/VTIII:
$23.20 – $43.70/hour
Pay band is dependent on local veterinary licensing, experience, and advancement through our competency assessment tool.
Competitive Shift Differentials
Weekday Night (Mon‑Fri 6p to 8a): $4.00
Weekend Day (Sat‑Sun 8a to 6p): $4.00
Weekend Night (Sat‑Sun 6p to 8a): $5.50
Responsibilities
Triage and obtain patient history
Identify patients at risk for arrest and initiate CPR
Place IVC’s and advanced catheters like Jugular catheters, Central Lines or PICC lines.
Monitor and care for Ventilator Cases
Work alongside other skilled technicians and assistants in providing excellent, advanced medicine to your patients
Have a passion for mentoring and training other co‑workers.
Feel gratification of nursing critically ill patients back to health and reunite them with their pet parents

Full‑time VTS associates receive 12 hours of CE paid each year. Paid CE hours can be carried over year to year up to a maximum of 24 hours. Newly hired associates will receive a pro‑rated amount of any CE benefit for which they are eligible.
