You won’t be “selling” in the traditional sense. You’ll be guiding patients through major, emotional decisions with clarity, confidence, and trust.

What You’ll Do

Lead in-depth, consultative conversations with patients

Present high-value treatment plans (often $20K+) with confidence

Educate patients on procedures, outcomes, and options

Guide financing conversations and payment structures

Partner with clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience

Follow up thoughtfully to support decision-making and close opportunities

Build trust and long-term patient relationships

What We’re Looking For

3+ years in consultative sales within dental or healthcare

Experience selling high-ticket services ($20K+)

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to build trust in a patient-facing environment

Experience with financing conversations (CareCredit, LendingClub, etc.)

Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
