Location: Gahanna, OH Pay: Starting at $31.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Opportunities Available

Join BrightStar Care and make a difference with a wonderful pediatric patient in the Gahanna area. This patient requires tracheostomy (trach) care and G-tube support, and is looking for a dedicated nurse to provide attentive, high-quality care in a comfortable home setting.
Patient Care Needs
Tracheostomy (trach) care
G-tube feedings and medication administration
Ongoing monitoring and skilled nursing care
Responsibilities
Provide care according to the individualized Plan of Care
Perform trach care and manage G-tube feedings
Assist with daily activities and personal care
Monitor and document patient condition and changes
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment
Qualifications
Active Ohio LPN license
Experience with trach and G-tube care (preferred)
Current CPR certification
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Recent TB test or chest X-ray
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
