Job Description
Immediate opening for an experienced legal assistant or paralegal to join our team. We are a small Scottsdale law firm focusing on estate planning, probate and business transactions. Our office is a warm atmosphere where you will be appreciated for your contribution.
You must be capable of working on your own, have excellent computer skills, and be highly organized. This position requires top notch people and communication skills because you will be working directly with clients.
Job Duties
Preparing LLC documents and filing with the Arizona Corporation Commission
Preparing deeds
Editing and formatting estate planning documents
Draft probate documents
Assist with billing
Assist with estate plan signing meetings
General administrative support
Qualifications and Skills
Excellent communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Organized and detail oriented
Ability to use and learn new technology, MS Office fluent
Minimum of three years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal
Capable of working independently
Experience using Clio a plus
This is a full time position. The schedule will be approximately 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday - Friday.
