Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
Active West Virginia state license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
Experience evaluating and treating dysphagia, aphasia, and cognitive‑communication disorders preferred.
Experience with documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
