Pay Range:
$20 - $22.50/Hr
Daily schedule
Potential for night positions. Require schedule flexibility.
Any variation, including night shift (Sunday-Wednesday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM/ Sunday-Wednesday 7:30 AM-6:00 PM / Wednesday-Saturday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM / Wednesday - Saturday 7:30 AM-6:00 PM. The first two weeks will be Monday-Friday 7:30-4:00)
Job Description
As a Data Center Technician, you serve as one of many primary resolvers for your support team, skilled at troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware infrastructure issues.
You support and share knowledge of these technologies with team members.
Physical Environment and Safety Protocols
Must successfully pass through metal detection equipment daily
Required to work in data center environments with variable temperature conditions
Temperature fluctuations dependent on seasonal changes and external weather conditions
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Standing/walking for extended periods
Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
Capability to work in various environmental conditions
Work areas may contain environmental allergens and airborne particles including dust
Ability to adapt to varying temperature conditions within the data center environment
Ability to follow required security protocols including metal detection screening
Top 3 Must Have Hard Skills
Former relevant Data Center experience; Hardware replacement, Networking
Racking - Stacking Experience
Project experience.
