Position Overview
We are hiring Door‑to‑Door Sales Setters to generate interest and schedule free painting estimates with homeowners.
This is NOT a closing role —your focus is to:
Start conversations
Build interest
Set qualified appointments
This position is ideal for entry‑level candidates (ages 18–25) looking to gain experience, earn strong weekly income, and grow into sales or management roles.
What You'll Do
Canvass residential neighborhoods and speak with homeowners face‑to‑face
Introduce Tex Painting services and generate interest in home painting projects
Educate homeowners on the value of a free estimate/consultation
Schedule appointments for the sales team
Track daily activity (doors knocked, conversations, appointments set)
Represent the company with energy, professionalism, and positivity
What We're Looking For
Entry‑level candidates
Outgoing, confident, and comfortable talking to new people
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Coachable and willing to learn
Motivated by earning potential and growth opportunities
Able to work outdoors and stay active
No experience required— we provide training.
Compensation & Schedule
Part‑Time (15–20 hours/week): $600–$800+ weekly
Full‑Time: $800–$1,200+ weekly
