$80,000 to $85,000 + 10% Bonus

Responsibilities
Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards to track key business and financial metrics
Partner with operations to analyze performance, identify trends, and support decision-making
Turn large datasets into clear, actionable insights for leadership
Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
Improve reporting processes and drive automation where possible
Requirements
2+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or data analytics
Strong experience with PowerBI or data visualization
Advanced Excel skills; SQL or other data tools are a plus
Someone who enjoys working cross-functionally with operations team
