Warehouse Associate

to join our growing team.
About Role

Under direct supervision, the Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting the full warehouse operation cycle—from receiving and inventory control to picking, packing, and shipping customer orders—while maintaining Incora's high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Receive material from vendors and accurately enter data into warehouse systems
Count, verify, and record inventory to ensure accuracy
Pick, stock, and move materials using RF scanning systems
Weigh and/or handcount products per customer and warehouse specifications
Prepare and print required labels
Return remaining product to proper storage locations
Count, bag, label, and package material for shipment
Utilize carrier and thirdparty shipping systems
Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
Investigate, reconcile, and document inventory discrepancies
Meet quality and productivity metrics, including ontime delivery and customer acceptance rates
Follow all safety regulations and maintain a hazardfree work environment
Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, drum dollies, forklifts, order pickers) when trained and certified
Participate in departmental meetings, training, and crosstraining activities
Ensure compliance with OSHA, FAR, EPA, DOT, RCRA, and other applicable regulations.
About You

High School Diploma or GED
Ability to follow written specifications with high attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn warehouse systems (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Preferred Qualifications

1-2 years of warehouse, inventory, or shipping experience
Forklift certification and current license
Familiarity with DOT and EPA guidelines for hazardous materials
Experience with RF scanning systems
