We are seeking a Finance Senior Associate with experience in project finance modeling, financial analysis, and commercial structuring for large‑scale energy infrastructure projects. This role focuses primarily on analyzing a transmission development portfolio, including project‑level economics, valuation, and capital strategy.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain project financial models, including calculating project valuations and returns, pricing revenue structures, and sensitivity analyses.
Build and update the corporate financial model, including projections and modeling financing and commercial arrangements.
Provide input and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to compile project‑level budgeting.
Develop and manage consolidated budgeting projections at the corporate level to support strategic capital planning.
Conduct deep due diligence for potential acquisitions, including market analysis, transaction structuring, and valuation analyses.
Provide financial support to commercial contract negotiations.
Prepare investment presentations and memos regarding new investment opportunities, and participate in management discussions about potential investments and strategic imperatives.
Monitor and analyze market trends, regulatory developments, and industry dynamics to identify opportunities and risks.
Collaborate with internal and external teams (project developers, market and commercial analytics, land, engineering, environmental, interconnection, accounting, legal, etc.).
Job Details and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
3‑5+ years of experience in a financial role related to energy, investment banking, private equity, or infrastructure with strong project finance modeling skills.
Very strong quantitative skills and extensive modeling experience.
Passion for collaborative, team‑based work and an entrepreneurial approach to investing and business growth.
Strong ambition to learn the cutting‑edge aspects of the power industry and transmission development.
Excitement to model and evaluate a variety of commercial and financial structures, including innovative structures for transmission projects.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across the organization.

Salary: $140,000 – $150,000 per year.
