We are seeking a dependable Bilingual Onsite Warehouse Coordinator & Payroll Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, staffing coordination, and payroll processing. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role requiring strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities:
Act as the onsite point of contact for warehouse staff and management
Coordinate daily staffing, attendance, and shift assignments
Assist with payroll processing, timekeeping, and data entry
Ensure accuracy of employee hours and resolve discrepancies
Conduct new hire orientations and support onboarding
Communicate policies and updates in English and Spanish
Maintain employee records and provide administrative support
Requirements:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Warehouse experience required
Staffing or workforce coordination experience preferred
Payroll or timekeeping experience a plus
Strong data entry and computer skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
