Summary
The Assessment Technology Coordinator plays a key role in advancing the university’s assessment, accreditation, and continuous improvement efforts by championing the effective use of RCampus and related data technologies. As a front-line partner to faculty and staff, this role provides hands-on support, dynamic training, and guidance on using assessment tools and interactive dashboards to track student learning outcomes, program performance, operational effectiveness, and accreditation evidence. The coordinator actively collaborates with academic departments, Institutional Research, and Information Technology to enhance system functionality, streamline processes, and promote a culture of data-informed decision-making through accessible, accurate, and impactful use of assessment data.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Effectively work both independently and cooperatively in a team environment.

Excellent decision making and organization skills; productive time management.
Proficient in various reporting tools (examples: Excel, Access, Tableau, Cognos, etc.).
