Responsibilities
Managing multiple external suppliers and procuring components to assure on time delivery.
Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
Prepares purchase requisitions and maintains Schedule Agreement delivery schedules to obtain materials.
Keeps management abreast of progress, developments and pending problems.
Negotiates delivery dates, expediting and other escalations with suppliers.
Implements good housekeeping practices.
Provides training to personnel as needed.
Inputs, audits and reconciles information into computer system.
Coordinates implementation of Engineering Changes.
Promotes a compliance culture in area of responsibility, and lives the letter and the spirit of the Rolls‑Royce Code of Conduct.
Performs special projects as required.
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Materials Management or procurement related field with 3 years of supplier, materials management, and planning/scheduling experience; or 7 years of supplier, materials management, and planning/scheduling experience.
This position has a traditional work schedule (Monday through Friday).

Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity in the Manufacturing Industry environment with experience managing external suppliers.
Proficient with SAP, PC, and MS Office Suite.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of computer applications and/or controlled systems.
Strong level of analytical and problem‑solving ability.
Strong level of interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
Strong understanding of modern inventory management principles.
Familiar with plant operations/equipment and engine related components.
Familiar with low volume supplier challenges.
Knowledge of job‑related product information.
SAP knowledge preferred.

Compensation
Pay Range: $66,320 - $107,770 annually.
