
Bilingual Customer Service Agent Optometry Practice

We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Call Center Customer Service Agent who brings a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping people. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on a team, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and creates a warm, welcoming experience for every patient they speak with.
Pay and Schedule
Pay: $15-$17.50 per hour based on experience. Schedule: Full-time. Location: In person. Requirement: Fluent in English and Spanish.
What You’ll Do
Answer incoming calls with professionalism and warmth in both English and Spanish
Schedule and confirm patient appointments accurately
Enter and update patient information in our system
Help patients understand services, benefits, and next steps
Support smooth communication between clinics and patients
Maintain clear, accurate documentation of interactions
What We’re Looking For
Fluency in both English and Spanish (required)
Outstanding customer service skills and a friendly phone presence
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Positive, team-player mindset
Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment
Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems
Medical office or call center experience preferred (not required)
