Responsibilities for Branch Collections Manager

Hire, develop & motivate collections & lending team
Lead and oversee underwriting efforts for the assigned branch
Maintain delinquency & charge-off for the branch portfolio
Demonstrate & ensure a high level of customer service
Help ensure branch compliance
Back up the Branch General Manager as needed
Requirements for Branch Collections Manager

First-party consumer collections management
Subprime experience is a plus
Computer proficiency
Customer service focus
Leadership ability
Work Hours for Branch Collections Manager

No Sundays
Some early evening & Saturday work hours required
45-48 hours a week
