This is a Nashville‑based, in‑office role with standard business hours of Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate has a strong interest in talent booking and thrives in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment. This individual demonstrates excellent communication skills, takes initiative, and can effectively prioritize tasks while managing multiple deadlines. The ability to take ownership of responsibilities and maintain confidentiality is essential to success in this role.
Responsibilities
Provide day‑to‑day administrative support including:
Phone coverage
Calendar management and scheduling
Coordinating meetings
Booking reports
Expense reports
Maintaining artist calendars
Track ticket counts and communicate updates to artists and their teams
Upload, organize, and track offers and deal activity
Prepare, issue, and track contracts with accuracy and timeliness
Monitor incoming deposits and maintain organized financial records
Coordinate show announcements with artist teams, buyers, and partners
Prepare final show settlements for the accounting team
Assist with tour routing and booking logistics
Support A&R tracking and artist development efforts
Conduct research and assist with special projects as needed
Maintain professional communication with talent buyers, managers, and artists
Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Additional duties as assigned by agents and management
Qualifications
Preferred: 1–2+ years of experience in the music industry, talent agency, or live events
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of the music industry
Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
Ability to handle time‑sensitive matters with urgency and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
