About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused

Customer Service Coordinator

to support Avail's Move Management program. In this role, you’ll serve as a primary point of coordination for transferees, agencies, and service providers as shipments move through the relocation lifecycle.
You’ll monitor shipments at any stage while ensuring accurate documentation, timely updates, and a positive customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing customer interaction with operational accuracy in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

What You'll Do

Serve as the primary agency contact responsible for scheduling, estimating, and monitoring shipments throughout the move management process.
Track and monitor shipments at any stage of the shipment lifecycle, ensuring service milestones are met.
Enter and maintain accurate shipment data in the move management database, documenting each step of the process.
Review and verify data entered by agents to ensure accuracy and support timely and accurate invoicing.
Receive, review, and enter required documentation from service providers in accordance with program requirements.
Prepare, update, and distribute reports for customers and service providers as needed.
Provide direct customer support by responding to inquiries from transferees contacting the Move Center.
Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and service providers to resolve questions or issues quickly and professionally.

Qualifications

What You'll Need
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
24 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and verify data accurately.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and track details across multiple shipments.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills in a deadline-driven environment.
