Property Management Associates is seeking a Full-Time Property Manager in Ocean Park.
Responsibilities
Perform daily and weekly comprehensive property walk‑throughs, paying particular attention to items on the preventative maintenance list.
Supervise team members and vendors.
Market and lease apartments.
Live on‑site.
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of experience managing 250‑unit plus Class A property.
Proficiency with Yardi Voyager.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computers.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Effective organizational and multi‑tasking skills.
Valid driver’s license and evidence of auto insurance.
Background, DMV, and pre‑employment physical will be conducted as part of the application process.
