Overview
Job Title: Grace Kids Coordinator - Preschool and Elementary
Time Status: Full Time
Position Summary: The Grace Kids Coordinator provides leadership and support for both preschool and elementary ministries by partnering with ministry directors and teams to ensure a safe, engaging, and well-staffed environment. This role focuses on volunteer recruitment, training, scheduling, and overall ministry execution.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Preschool and Elementary Directors to recruit and onboard volunteers.
Lead and support training and development of volunteer teams.
Create and manage volunteer schedules.
Oversee weekly ministry operations.
Serve as Hallway Coordinator as needed.
Assist in planning events and special projects.
Provide administrative support.
Maintain child safety standards.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
A growing relationship with Jesus Christ and a lifestyle that demonstrates obedience.
A member of Grace Baptist Church, or a willingness to become a member.
Committed to the core values of the church.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Team-oriented and dependable.
A demonstrated ability to maintain sensitive, confidential church information.
Ability to perform services independently, without direct supervision, as well as work cohesively within a team environment.
Ability to maintain poise and a positive attitude, even when under pressure.
Time Commitment
40 hours a week
Flexible schedule
Weekend service availability required
