Responsibilities

Greet and tour prospective residents.
Promote available units and amenities via online platforms, signage, and outreach.
Explain lease terms, application requirements, and pricing.
Process and maintain accurate resident files.
Work closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work is completed.
Process re-certifications, renewals, and assist with retention efforts.
Understand and communicate lease provisions and community policies to new and current residents.
Assist applicants with the application process, including all LIHTC paperwork.
Assist Property Manager with annual recertifications.
Create and update waitlist.
Complete any daily, weekly, or monthly reports assigned by Property Manager.
Ensure resident satisfaction through effective communication and proactive issue resolution.
Conduct move‑in/move‑out inspections with residents.
Qualifications

Strong understanding of LIHTC regulations, income limits, and compliance rules. -

Required
Bilingual (English and Spanish) -

Required
Knowledge of Property Management software: Yardi -

Preferred
Knowledge of affordable housing/government programs
Excellent customer service: someone who can navigate all types of situations
Attention to detail
Understands and complies with state landlord‑tenant law, Fair Housing laws, and OSHA
Knowledge of Excel, Word Document, and Outlook
Works well under pressure and maintains a positive friendly attitude
Strong interpersonal skills: ability to communicate effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
Additional Information

Reserve at Castle Highlands - 200 Units
Compensation:

$22‑$24/hour
Schedule:

Monday‑Friday, 8a to 5p; some Saturdays or evenings for special events
