This is a contract hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in Ocean Springs, MS, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. As a Real Estate Agent, you will assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, provide exceptional customer service, and actively engage in the local real estate market. Daily responsibilities include conducting property tours, preparing contracts, networking with potential clients, marketing properties, staying informed about market trends, and supporting clients throughout the real estate process.
Qualifications
Active Real Estate License
Comprehensive knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property trends
Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
Effective communication and negotiation abilities
Proficient in leveraging technology and real estate platforms
Self-driven and highly organized with the ability to work independently
Familiarity with the MS Gulf Coast real estate market is a plus
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
