1–3 years of experience in a processing or administrative role
Basic knowledge of mortgage loans and mortgage documentation
Comfortable using PC and internet-based tools
Advanced Excel skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience using the Mortgage Servicing Package (MSP) system
Prior customer service experience
Familiarity with recasts, partial releases, and mortgage modifications

This role supports mortgage operations by processing loan documentation, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
