You will complete steps in the claims submission process using Vyne, and complete other insurance‑specific tasks including denials, insurance aging, and necessary follow‑up. The ideal candidate has an associate's degree from a certified school and previous experience working in a dental office. If you’re friendly, outgoing, and detail‑oriented, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Timely Claims Submission using Vyne
Follow-up with Insurance Companies via phone, mail, and chat functions.
Monitor and execute collections on aging AR
Notifying patients of outstanding balances via phone call and mailed statements.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies
Schedule appointments
Qualifications
Associates Degree preferred
Strong computer and data entry skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
