Leasing Specialist — Part-Time, On-Site, Tours & Sales

Student Quarters is looking for a Part-time Leasing Consultant to join the Vue on Walnut community. This role requires proactive leasing and customer service responsibilities, including managing inquiries, providing tours, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, be fluent in English, and preferably have previous leasing or sales experience. The position offers $15-$17 per hour, with a commitment of 20 hours per week and weekend availability.
