Claims Specialist (Hybrid)

What You’ll Do:
Obtain relevant documentation
Review claim cause and process code for correctness after assessment; establish/update process codes as required
Outsource appropriate matters to outside counsel for resolution
Provide status updates and correspond with claimant
What You’ll Bring:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Typically has 3-6 years title insurance or related experience
Paralegal certification desirable
Knows fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of particular field of specialization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure
Excellent problem solving, decision making and analytical skills
Microsoft office products with an emphasis on MS Word and Excel
