Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Life Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in life insurance sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping individuals and families secure their financial future.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to assess their life insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
Present and explain policy options clearly and professionally
Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up
Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing support
Stay current on industry trends, products, and compliance requirements
Meet and exceed sales goals
Qualifications:
Active Life Insurance License (required)
Proven experience in life insurance sales
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Experience with CRM systems is a plus
Compensation:
Commission-only position with uncapped earning potential
Performance-based incentives and bonuses available
