Role: Talent Acquisition Consultant
The Talent Acquisition Consultant will source, assess, and recruit top talent for CoStar through full‑life cycle recruiting. The role acts as the key contact for hiring managers and partners with HR Business Partners to meet the organization’s talent needs.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee full‑life cycle recruiting for multiple requisitions across cross‑functional teams.
Build and manage candidate pipelines; develop and execute sourcing strategies; assess qualifications; present and close opportunities effectively.
Maintain a strong sales and service orientation toward both clients and candidates, building relationships.
Adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment and demonstrate passion for the company and the craft.
Know the market, understand business strategy, and grow talent networks.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit university or college.
4–7 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment.
Ability to work fully onsite in Richmond, VA (5 days a week in office).
Demonstrated experience managing requisitions across multiple disciplines and working with hiring managers to drive recruitment processes.
High volume recruiting experience.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Eightfold), LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, and other social recruiting platforms.
Experience utilizing job boards, target company cold‑calling, and other sourcing mechanisms to identify candidates.
Strong knowledge of common human resources practices, employment laws, and government compliance regulations affecting recruitment.
Preferred Qualifications And Skills
Corporate and senior‑level management recruiting experience.
Managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
Experience with Workday.
PHR or other relevant certifications.
