Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Dayton Metropolitan Area for a Senior Human Resources Recruiter. The Senior HR Recruiter will lead recruitment efforts, develop and implement strategic hiring plans, and work collaboratively with district leaders to attract top talent. Primary responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing recruitment communication, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role will also involve participation in career fairs, networking with educational institutions, tracking recruitment metrics, and staying updated on best practices for talent acquisition in the education sector.

Qualifications

Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding strategies

Knowledge of human resources policies, employment law, and best practices related to diversity and inclusion

Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR technology tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with stakeholders and engaging candidates

Ability to organize and manage recruitment events, including career fairs and networking sessions

Analytical skills for tracking recruitment metrics and reporting results

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus

Previous experience in talent acquisition, preferably within education, public sector, or a similar organization
