Role Description
This is a full-time, salaried role for an Insurance Account Representative located in Foley. Hybrid and Fully Remote opportunities available for candidates with proven industry experience and an active AL P&C license. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing client accounts, assisting clients in selecting appropriate insurance products, providing excellent customer service, building and maintaining client relationships, supporting sales activities, and training clients on policies and procedures. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate their insurance needs while ensuring satisfaction and compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Account Management or Sales
Strong Customer Service abilities with a focus on building and maintaining relationships
Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
Experience in Training clients or colleagues on products and services
Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in using technology and insurance-related software
Previous experience in the insurance industry or related fields is a plus
Current AL Property & Casualty license strongly desired
