Overview
Corporate Recruiter (HYBRID)
is a contract opportunity with Yoh Staffing’s client, located in Audubon, PA. Pay rate:
$50-75/hr . HYBRID onsite: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
Responsibilities
Manage the full-life cycle recruitment for the entire organization, supporting direct-hire recruitment across all levels, reporting to the Executive Director of HR and partnering with HR business partners and business leaders.
Recruit for positions spanning professional, IT, engineering, and leadership roles.
Review applicant resumes and cover letters for required experience and skills.
Conduct initial phone interviews to assess motivations, availability, and communication skills.
Manage a high volume of applicants; schedule candidate meetings and interviews; coordinate travel arrangements.
Market open positions on social media and job boards (LinkedIn, Facebook, Handshake, Indeed, and others).
Create interview guides; respond to general staffing inquiries from prospective and current employees.
Post and remove positions on internal and external websites; notify employees of internal postings.
Maintain Workday with accurate information; build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles; work with HR Business Partners, Executive Director HR, Compensation and HRIS staff as a team.
Support immigration processing with outside Counsel for new employees and existing employees, including visa transfers and changes in immigration status.
Required
Experience sourcing for professional, IT, engineering, and leadership roles.
Experience hiring in the utilities/energy space is strongly preferred.
10+ years of experience in HR Corporate Recruitment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
