Role Description
As a Customer Service Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member with Ed Meacham – State Farm Agent, you will generate exceptional customer experiences, resolve inquiries, coordinate with agency team members, and anticipate community member needs.
Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation
$35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
